ծնվել է 1959թ. օգոստոսի 7-ին, Մարտունու շրջանի Լիճք գյուղում:  1966-1976թթ. սովորել է Երևանի Մ. Մանուշյանի անվան միջնակարգ դպրոցում: 1978-1982թթ. սովորել է Երևանի գեղարվեստաթատերական ինստիտուտի դրամատիկ թատրոնի և կինոյի բաժնում: 1980 թվականից երգել է Ս.
