Conference: Innovation and Regional Development as Growth Factors in the Eastern Partnership Countries
Conference of Regional and Local Authorities for the Eastern Partnership (CORLEAP) on innovation and regional development hosted by the Armenian Ministry of Territorial Administration and Development Took place on 24 October 2017.
The EU Ambassador Piotr Świtalski, Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Development Vache Terteryan and President of the Union of Communities of Armenia Emin Yeritsyan delivered closing remarks. The event highlighted the contribution of sub-national authorities in support of sustainable development and economic growth and how administrative reforms, innovative approaches, capacity building and territorial cooperation strengthen their role.
The conference was supported by the project ''Good Governance in South Caucasus'' implemended by Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany.
